Pirates of the Caribbean Not recommended for children under 1. On-ride photo. This is one of the most popular rides for all ages, with a catchy soundtrack and moving figures to entertain you as you sail into a hidden pirate settlement. You actually ride in small boats, but you are unlikely to get wet unless you particularly want to. You get to experience a sea battle, jolly pirate life and a secret treasure horde, followed by an on-ride photo at the end of the ride. You also pass the Blue Lagoon restaurant, and might see the Disneyland Railroad as it passes through the ride. Like many similar attractions, the queue line may be long, but there is plenty to see and the ride loads quickly. The attraction is located at the far end of Adventureland, and is instantly recognisable by the pirate flag and stone towers.
